What kind of frames do you offer?

We offer a variety of frames to suit your preferences. Currently, we have Metal Frames and Wooden Frames available in Darkwood, White, Black, and Wood for posters. While we don't have floating frames at the moment, we are constantly working to improve our offerings and hope to have them in the future.

How can I track my revenues?

You can know your sale revenues through our monthly financial reports. We disclose the financial report every month. If you have any specific requests, feel free to let us know, and we will provide the information accordingly.

You can withdraw your money per fortnight. We offer multiple withdrawal options such as bank account transfers, PayPal, and more. Alternatively, you can request a withdrawal at any time, and we will process it promptly.

Is there any fees such as commission or registration fee?

No, we believe in fair compensation for artists. There are no additional fees, commissions, or registration charges. We want to ensure that artists can fully benefit from their sales without any deductions.

What is your copyrights policy?

Our copyright policy is based on one rule: whenever an artist uploads artwork, they will continue to have ownership of the piece for as long as the artwork stays on our site. Our goal is to protect the artist's artwork, along with their intellectual and artistic property.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

As for the estimated time of delivery, it typically ranges from 7 to 14 days, depending on your location. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated on the progress and provide you with a tracking number so you can conveniently track your package along the way. If you need your product urgently, it may take more costs for EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION.

  • To Germany (DE), France (FR), Belgium (BE), Luxembourg (LU), Austria (AT), Denmark (DK), and the United Kingdom (UK): $15 USD (free shipping on orders above $100 USD).
  • To the rest of the European Union: $15 USD (free shipping on orders above €150 EUR).
  • To the rest of Europe: $25 USD (free shipping on orders above $200 USD).
  • To the rest of the world: $35 USD (free shipping on orders above $300 USD).

Please note that shipping within Australia is completely free, so you can enjoy our artwork without any additional shipping costs. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If there is an error with the product you received, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange.
